About QuickBoard.
QuickBoard is a cognitive-motor rehabilitation and performance training system. It is built and manufactured in Memphis, Tennessee.
QuickBoard was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. It is a cognitive-motor rehabilitation and performance training system that pairs a sensor board with an iPad app, protected by US Patents 10,446,049, 11,590,402, and 12,285,673 and European Patent Publication 3801789A1. QuickBoard is recommended technology for neurocognitive and neuromuscular rehabilitation, named in a peer-reviewed clinical commentary published in the International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy.
A cognitive-motor system, refined over more than a decade.
QuickBoard was founded in 2012 to address a gap in rehabilitation and performance training: the distance between physical recovery outcomes and cognitive-motor readiness. Strength testing, hop tests, and range-of-motion checks measure the body. They do not measure how the brain controls movement under cognitive load. That gap is where reinjury, persistent post-op deficits, and missed return-to-sport decisions can hide.
QuickBoard pairs a sensor board with an iPad app to make cognitive-motor training measurable and repeatable. Visual stimulus and real-time feedback live on the iPad screen, which keeps the patient's attention up rather than on the feet. External focus is the training model. Proprioception is a downstream benefit of that model. Reaction time, ground contact time, accuracy from Touches and Errors, and bilateral symmetry are captured automatically while the clinician sets the protocol and the system rehabs and assesses the patient.
The product has been refined over more than a decade through ongoing collaboration with clinicians and athletes, and protected by a growing patent portfolio in the United States and Europe. In 2024, QuickBoard was recommended in leading clinical guidance on neurocognitive and neuromuscular rehabilitation as a cognitive-motor assessment and training tool across phases of ACL rehabilitation.
QuickBoard is still based in Memphis. Manufacturing has stayed in the United States since day one.
Two product lines. One training model.
The full QuickBoard system pairs a sensor board with an iPad app for clinics and performance facilities. A second product line, the free Agility Drill app, brings the cueing and timing engine to coaches, athletes, and parents without requiring the sensor board.
HD Sensor Board and HD Pro
Full weight-bearing sensor board with seven sensors, Bluetooth pairing to an iPad, a two-week battery, lifetime warranty with active subscription, and no weight limit. The HD model fits youth and at-risk populations. The HD Pro fits high school through adult athletes and general populations. Both are made in the USA.
Pre-built clinical protocol library and Agility Rating
The iPad app runs the pre-built clinical protocol library, supports custom protocol building, captures bilateral symmetry under full body weight, and produces the Agility Rating composite score. Progress Reports and the Agility Rating Report auto-generate as PDFs and are exported to the clinician's email after each session.
Free Agility Drill app
A standalone iPad app that automates agility drills and workouts with cued direction, timing control, and work-to-rest ratios. Includes pre-programmed workouts, a custom protocol builder, and demo videos before each drill. Runs without the sensor board. Built for coaches, athletes, parents, and clinicians who want a free training tool.
What QuickBoard stands for.
Four operating principles that guide product, content, and customer decisions.
Peer-reviewed research is the bar.
Claims about QuickBoard are anchored in peer-reviewed studies and named clinical pathways. If a finding cannot be cited, it does not go in the marketing. Leading clinical guidance on neurocognitive and neuromuscular rehabilitation and the broader research library underwrite the clinical claims.
Eyes on the screen, not on the feet.
Visual stimulus and real-time feedback live on the iPad screen. Patient attention stays on the screen during exercises while the sensor board reads the floor. External focus is the mechanism. Proprioception is a downstream benefit, not the lead claim.
Manufactured in the United States since 2012.
Sensor boards have been built in the USA since the company was founded. QuickBoard is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, and manufacturing has stayed domestic.
Patient profile data belongs to the clinic.
Patient profiles are stored in the cloud and are exportable as PDFs at any time. QuickBoard implements Amazon AWS best practices for HIPAA compliance. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The Enterprise software tier includes IP whitelisting and usage reports.
Peer-reviewed, clinically adopted, and protected.
QuickBoard is recognized in the academic literature, used in the field by clinicians and pro teams, and protected by a growing patent and trademark portfolio.
Neurocognitive and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation
QuickBoard is named in leading peer-reviewed clinical guidance as a cognitive-motor assessment and training tool across phases of ACL rehabilitation.
Major institutions and pro sport
Recognized by clinicians at Johns Hopkins, Baylor Scott & White, Select Medical, and Banner Health, and by professional teams across the NBA, NFL, and MLB. Clinicians authoring leading clinical guidance on neurocognitive and neuromuscular rehabilitation use QuickBoard in clinic.
