How fast is your reaction time?

Five trials. One number. Takes about 30 seconds.

Click the box below to start. It turns red, then green at a random moment. Click as soon as it turns green. Do that five times and we average your result. This measures simple visual reaction time: how fast you respond to a signal you are already watching for.

Reaction time on a phone or laptop screen runs slower than a lab test because of display and input lag, so treat your number as a relative benchmark, not a clinical measurement. Published research on simple visual reaction time generally puts healthy young adults somewhere between 200 and 250 milliseconds. Times consistently above 300 milliseconds are often a sign of fatigue, distraction, or a slower processing test setup, not necessarily a slower nervous system.

15-Minute Virtual Demo

This is a rough estimate. QuickBoard measures the real thing.

A browser click has display lag and input lag built in. QuickBoard's sensor board measures reaction time per leg, at full body weight, during an actual training drill, and turns it into a billable clinical report.
