What were you using before Quick Board?
Nothing.
Summarize three points of frustration you faced.
Needed something more advanced and at the same time, functional.
What was the big a-ha moment when you decided you needed to try something new?
Research findings and participant comments were eye-opening. Made me think of ways I could use the board for coaching and new research studies.
How easy or hard was it to get started with Quick Board?
Very easy.
How has it helped you to overcome the challenges you had before?
For me as a coach, it was a completely new approach. I never tried or had another tool to work with before.
How is it different than other alternatives you’ve tried?
A lot more interactive and knowledge of results really motivates the athletes.
What is your favorite feature? Why?
Being able to store training sessions in the app has been extremely useful for session planning.
Tell me about the most positive experience you’ve had using Quick Board.
In our research lab, it has been great to hear older adults mention how they believe training on the Quick Board improves their confidence in their ability to react to a trip.
How has Quick Board helped you or players achieve goals?
It has provided a different approach that I otherwise would have not taken. Excellent neural stimulus that many athletes do not receive.
What specific metrics can you share about the impact it has had?
Without any concrete testing yet, the Quick Board has had positive effects on pre-workout neural stimulation in an elite track athlete that I coach.
What is the single biggest reason you would recommend our offering?
Athletes love using the Quick Board and they are highly motivated. I believe it is an excellent tool to “prime” the nervous system and it may have positive effects on muscular firing patterns during workouts.
