## What QuickBoard is, what it costs, and what month one looks like.

QuickBoard is a floor sensor board and an iPad app. It trains and tests reaction, agility, and per-leg symmetry while the patient or athlete stands at full body weight. It is recommended technology for neurocognitive and neuromuscular rehabilitation.

Hardware HD Sensor Board $2,295 or HD Pro $2,495, one time. Lifetime warranty with an active subscription.

Software $49.99 to $199.99 per month, based on active profiles (25 up to unlimited).

What you supply An iPad. The QuickBoard app is a free download from the App Store.

Who uses it PT clinics, athletic trainers, sports performance staff, and neuro rehab clinicians.

How it differs Targets appear on an eye-level screen while the feet react on the board, which trains external focus. Every rep records reaction time and ground contact time for each leg. See the comparison, or see QuickBoard next to force plates and reaction lights.

### How much will Medicare pay me for 97750?

It depends on where you practice and who the payer is. Medicare sets a national amount for each code every year, then adjusts it for your locality. Look up your exact rate in the CMS Physician Fee Schedule Look-Up Tool. Commercial and Medicaid rates follow your own contracts, and coverage varies by payer. QuickBoard does not set or promise any payment amount. The CPT revenue calculator starts from current Medicare national amounts. Swap in your contracted rates.

### Can I bill 97530 and 97112 on the same visit?

Often, yes, when each code covers its own block of time and its own goal. Both are timed codes. Document the minutes and the purpose of each one separately. For Medicare, your total timed minutes set the total units billed (the 8-minute rule). Some payers apply National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) edits to certain code pairs. When an edit applies, a modifier such as 59 or XS shows the services were distinct. Check the current CMS NCCI edit tables and your payer's policy.

### Can I bill 97750 in the same visit as 97530 or 97112?

Many clinics assess with 97750, then treat with 97530 or 97112 in the same treatment visit. Each service needs its own documented time and its own medical necessity. The same minutes cannot count toward two codes. 97750 is not billed on eval or re-eval days. Payer rules decide same-day billing and whether a modifier is required.

Coverage and coding rules vary by payer. Confirm with your payer and a qualified billing professional. The free CPT Billing Guide walks through 97750 documentation step by step.

Pro appears at checkout rather than in the pricing grid above. Payment plans up to six months are available for qualifying clinics. Software has a 12-month minimum, then runs month to month.

### Is QuickBoard under $5,000, or is it more than that?

+

There is no quote to wait on. Every number is public. Hardware is one-time, and both boards are under $5,000 by themselves: HD Sensor Board $2,295, HD Pro $2,495. Software is billed separately as a monthly subscription, from $49.99 to $199.99 depending on profile count. Payment plans up to six months are available for qualifying clinics. Full current pricing for hardware and software is published at thequickboard.com/product.

### What is the monthly subscription fee for the software?

+

Software runs $49.99 to $199.99 per month based on how many active patient or athlete profiles you need: Starter $49.99/month (25 profiles), Basic $99.99/month (50 profiles), Pro $124.99/month (100 profiles), Premium $149.99/month (200 profiles), Enterprise $199.99/month (unlimited profiles). Pro appears at checkout rather than in the pricing grid above. Starter fits a small clinic getting started, and you can move up a tier as your patient panel grows; existing data carries over. The sensor board requires an active subscription to run sessions.

### HD or HD Pro: which one do I want?

+

HD Pro for adult athletes and general populations. HD for youth, smaller treatment rooms, or at-risk populations. Same software, same protocols, same Agility Rating, same Companion. Only the dimensions differ: the HD is 41 by 31 inches and 32 pounds, the HD Pro is 47 by 37 inches and 40 pounds. Both have 7 sensors, the same Bluetooth pairing, and the same battery life.

### What's the lifetime warranty cover?

+

Repairs and parts replacement on the sensor board, for as long as the QuickBoard subscription is active. Technical support is included by email, phone, and video, with response within one business day. Software updates are included.

### What CPT codes can I bill?

+

Three codes. CPT 97750 (Physical Performance Test) for the Agility Rating in 15-minute increments, with auto-generated PDF documentation. CPT 97530 (Therapeutic Activities), 8-minute rule, for functional protocol sessions. CPT 97112 (Neuromuscular Re-education), 8-minute rule, for neuro rehab protocols. Many clinics bill 97750, then 97530 or 97112, in the same treatment visit. Each needs its own documented time. 97750 is not billed on eval or re-eval days. Coverage varies by payer.

### What happens in the first month after I buy QuickBoard?

+

The board ships within 10 to 14 business days, and domestic transit takes 3 to 5 days. On day one you unbox the board, download the app, log in, and pair over Bluetooth. That takes about 15 minutes or less, once. You can run a pre-built protocol or an Agility Rating baseline the same day. A free virtual training call of 30 to 60 minutes is available. Most patients learn the screen and targets within two sessions, and a Progress Report PDF generates after every session.

### How much will Medicare pay me for CPT 97750?

It depends on where you practice and who the payer is. Medicare sets a national amount for each code every year, then adjusts it for your locality. Look up your exact rate in the CMS Physician Fee Schedule Look-Up Tool. Commercial and Medicaid rates follow your own contracts, and coverage varies by payer. QuickBoard does not set or promise any payment amount. The CPT revenue calculator on this site starts from current Medicare national amounts. Swap in your contracted rates.

### Can I bill 97530 and 97112 on the same visit?

### Do I need to provide my own iPad?

+

Yes. iPad (10th generation or later recommended) is provided by the customer. The QuickBoard app downloads from the App Store at no cost; access is gated by the active subscription.

### Can the board fit in a small clinic or facility?

+

Yes. The board leans against a wall when not in use, so the only floor space required is during the session itself. Initial setup takes about 15 minutes or less, once: download the app, log in, and take the board out of the box. The board pairs to the iPad over Bluetooth. Every session after that takes under a minute, and patients or athletes can run their own protocols.

### Can I change tiers later?

+

Yes. As your patient panel or athlete roster grows, move up a tier to add profile capacity. Existing data carries over.

### What happens if I cancel?

+

Patient and athlete data exports as PDF before cancellation so the clinic or facility retains its records, and the lifetime warranty picks back up whenever the subscription becomes active again. One thing to know: the board itself needs an active subscription to run sessions.

### Do you offer payment plans?

+

Payment plans up to six months are available for qualifying clinics, subject to management approval. Contact sales for terms.

### How long is a QuickBoard session?

+

There is no minimum or maximum. You program the session length you need, from about 5 minutes for a quick baseline test to 30 to 40 minutes for a full training session. Everything in between comes down to how you build the protocol: number of exercises, sets per exercise, and rest time between them. For example, five exercises at two to three sets with 60 seconds of rest comes out to about 15 to 20 minutes. The app's Estimated Time calculator shows the total before you start, so you can program to the exact time block or billing unit you need.

### What makes QuickBoard different from a standard agility drill?

+

Cones, ladders, and called-out agility drills train a memorized movement pattern. Athletes learn the sequence and get faster at repeating it. QuickBoard adds unpredictable cognitive demand instead. The app cues a random target on the iPad screen, so the athlete has to see it, decide, and react, not recall a pattern. Keeping their eyes on the screen, not down at their feet, is the training mechanism clinicians call external focus. Every rep automatically captures reaction time and ground contact time to the millisecond, plus left-right symmetry. A standard agility drill does not measure any of that. You cannot rehearse a QuickBoard protocol the way you can memorize a ladder pattern.
