What was the big a-ha moment when you decided you needed to try something new?

When I realized I need to stay one step ahead of these issues and our opponents.

No, but I designed training equipment with the help of my friend which was taking more time away from everything else.

It gives me the freedom to study my athletes' movement and make corrections. It also provides me the luxury to be innovative with my athletes at their specific sport.

I can create and customize exercises. Since the athlete is directed by the Quick Board software, I can video the athlete’s technique while they perform the exercises.
